Adrenal Fatigue Symptom Assessment for YOU and Your Patients
Several
years ago, Doug Grant ask Dr Harris, Dr Brett, and me to think and
express what we consider to be one of the most important nutrients that
every patient needed every day. Of course, I choose Opti-Adrenal because
everyone is under stress every day. We can demonstrate very easily
that people are stressed out past their ability to repair alone by the
simple joint stretch test. You test any individual or muscle group like
an arm-shoulder. First test the arm or an individual muscle to make
sure it is strong in the clear by simply muscle testing. You then
stretch the muscle or joint by a light jerk on the joint. If the
adrenals are optimal, the retesting will show no weaknesses. If the
muscle or group muscle test weak, the adrenals are most likely the
problem.
The Most Common Adrenal Disorders
The most common disorders happen when either too much or too little
hormones are produced. Adrenal glands can also be impaired if there is a
disorder in the pituitary gland, as it signals the adrenals to make
certain hormones like cortisol and aldosterone. Adrenal gland disorders
include recurring subluxations, chronic fatigue, frequent pain
patterns, Addison’s disease, Cushing’s syndrome, Pheochromocytoma,
adrenal hyperplasia and many stages of adrenal crisis. Emotions can be a
serious side effect as well as blood sugar regulation. As you and your
patients take the symptom survey, you will get the big idea of how
important the adrenals and adrenal function are.
The answers usually involve Opti-Adrenal at 1, 2/day. Also test for
Opti-Thyroid and sometimes Opti-Glandular. Being a Chiropractor, I
always balance the pelvis, the spine, the cranium and the TMJ.

Please take the test! Then balance yourselves, your family and your patients as outlined.
