We Must Find Balance from Stress or Experience Dis-Ease.

We are under constant stress in this time of history.  All stressors add one on top of another to cause dysfunction and can lead to many forms of Dis-ease.   This is where the Six Interferences comes into play to evaluate those areas of stress and utilizing the Six Steps to Wellness to neutralize the cause of the ill effects. 
Stressors:
  1. Structural
  2. Emotional
  3. Nutritional
  4. Electromagnetic
  5. Allergies & Sensitivities
  6. Toxic Accumulation from heavy metals & many other toxins
More and more people have recently reported feeling stressed. A survey found that more than 80% of people reported having emotions associated with stress, including feeling anxious, sad, or angry.  We utilize and teach the Six Steps in our seminars.
Everyday stressors feed the fire at 1+1+1+1= potential disaster yielding many symptomatic expressions such as:
  • Feel anxious and have trouble sleeping at night.
  • Experience “brain fog” or difficulty remembering names and appointments.
  • Feel tired and fatigued during the day.
  • Can’t resist eating sweets and junk food.
  • Find yourself overusing caffeine and other stimulants.
  • Don’t have the energy (and motivation) to get things done.
Stress weighs on your mind and takes a toll on your well-being. Pretending it doesn’t exist isn’t the answer.
