RETURN POLICY

You may return most new items sold and fulfilled by Brimhall Wellness within 30 days of delivery for a refund. *There will be a 10% restocking fee on all items that fall within the 30 day return period.  **Quantumwave Lasers and Impac prodcuts will need to be returned to the manufacturer and must abide by their return policy. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

Refunds:

After we receive and process your return, we will request a refund. Expect your refund within 4-5 days of it arriving at our returns location.

Your refund will be issued using the card originally used to make the purchase.

**WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON USED SEA ONIC ARRAYS.  ALL PRODUCTS RETURNED WILL BE TESTED FOR THE VALIDITY OF THE ISSUE WITH THE PRODUCT.


Exchanges:
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please call (866)338-4883 and notify us of what is damaged.  If this was a result of damage in shipping, it may be covered by Fedex.



Damaged in Shipping:

If your shipment was damaged in transit, contact the Customer Service and we will gladly send you a replacement. FedEx requires that the recipient keep all the original packaging with the damaged product. 
It is recommended that the recipient take a picture of the product exactly as received and notify Brimhall Wellness immediatley so that FedEx can be notified.  Any product(s) returned must follow our Exchange and Return policy.


Repairs:
Items that are damaged may be sent back in for repairs. You will be responsible for shipping and handling for all repair orders. 

EYELIGHTS - There is a $16.00 charge for shipping and repair fee for eyelights that are being returned for issues with batteries, frames or lenses.  If there is an issue with the actual light board, there is a charge of $70 for eyelights to replace it.

MINI HARMONIZERS - If there is an issue with the returned Mini Harmonizor not holding it's charge, we can send it back to the manufacturer and request a quote on the cost of repair.  We will then contact you with the cost before any repairs are made.
